A practicing attorney who transitioned from firm life into higher education and corporate people leadership, she brings a rare combination of legal precision and human intuition to everything she does.

Outside the boardroom, Qiana is a painter drawn to rich color, bold portraiture, and the kind of composition that commands attention. Her work centers Black women in moments of power, beauty, and quiet defiance. The same instincts that guide her brush guide her leadership: take up space unapologetically, challenge expectations, and trust your own eye.
